Reform Scotland’s expert Commission on School Reform (CSR) has prepared a manifesto for the forthcoming Holyrood election, containing a range of policy proposals to improve the performance of the schools system.
This event involved three of the manifesto’s authors – Keir Bloomer, chairman of the CSR, Lindsay Paterson, Professor of Education Policy at the University of Edinburgh, and Helen Chambers, Co-Founder of Inspiring Scotland and Chair of the Edinburgh Trust. It was chaired by Chris Deerin, Director of Reform Scotland.
