HOW MOVING TO A KNOWLEDGE BASED CURRICULUM COULD REVITALISE SCOTTISH SCHOOLS

Event Date:

Reform Scotland, Scotland’s independent, non-partisan think tank, was delighted to host a discussion about how moving to a knowledge-based curriculum could revitalise Scottish schools.

This event follows the publication this week of the report, How a knowledge-based curriculum could transform Scottish education..

The report’s authors, Lindsay Paterson, Professor Emeritus of education policy at the University of Edinburgh, and Bruce Robertson, headteacher of Berwickshire High School, were joined by Daisy Christodoulou, Director of Education at No More Marking and a former head of education research at the Ark educational charity. The discussion was chaired by Chris Deerin, Director of Reform Scotland.
